| August - Perkins D3 152 Engine installation |
| October 2010 - bulkheads and tanks installed |
| November 2010 - Electrics 1st fix and stove
installed. Oak walls complete. |
| December 2010 - Dinette and double bedroom fixed,
stove fitted, central heating fitted |
| January 2011, kitchen hand built, lights installed,
first coat of paint |
| March 2011, out on her first holiday. |
